dbSpaces provides Annual Maintenance and Support to its direct customers between the hours of:

     8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday - Greenwich Mean Time.

• e-Mail - 

dbSpaces can provide other support services - such as extended business hours or 24x7 - by special arrangement.

NOTE: Support for dbSpaces products licensed through an authorized partner is available from the partner.

On Site Assistance

On-site assistance is not available under the standard support contract, but may be purchased on a time and materials basis.
